If you do not find an answer, please choose an FAQ in the same general subject area and then take the third option at the bottom of the page to submit your question to our helpline. You will then see a form you can fill in with details of your query, or you can click Live Chat to talk directly to us. Alternatively you can simply send an email to email@example.com.
For general assistance with the new site, you can also send us a private message on our Facebook page – but please note that the Facebook team cannot handle queries about payments or refunds. We are very sorry but we do not offer assistance by telephone.
